Births Dec 1883
Blackman Leonard Douglas Milton 2a 854


Arrived in Australia 1901 - 1916


Leonard does not seem to be in 1911 index. He enlisted in WA on 1 Aug 1916.

No luck with the passenger lists. Have you seen his military record on the Australian National Archives?

Yes, I have his service record and the Electoral Roll entries and stuff but not his arrival. He is just one of many who have not yet been found in shipping records. I have dozens more still to post to this board.

I cant find a passenger list for him neither. His brother's arrived on the Persic in 1902 but no sign of Leonard been with them

Thanks gibbo. I only had a note that brother Alfred ended up in Australia. I didn't know about the others. They are all bricklayers in 1901 census.

Again we have the siblings but not the one in my tree.
