Thanks for looking.

FreeCEN coverage of Renfrew in 1851 is 70%.

Damn that. It would have been perfect. Broomlands becomes Castle becomes Wellmeadow as it moves closer to the centre of Paisley.

I can't see how it could be either of those I found. I think they are just too far away.
