Yes a possibility that could be the right family, would you mind looking for a Emma Barrett same age, as that is the name I have on her daughters MC, but the only Marraige I have found for her parents list her as Emily, hope that makes sense.

No sign of an Emma Barrett of the right age living in the Prescot registration district in 1901, so I think Emily must be the one.

I had spotted an Emeline in the census 10yrs later.
There's a marriage in 1910 Prescot for an Emily Barrett to John McFarlane
in Lancs BMD.
In the latest census she's born 1892, John 1893, baby Mary in Prescot.
Possibly Wm born 1912.
I hope this is of some help.
I'm not sure if this your Emily.
