On the London marriages a Jane Humphreys marries Thomas Eardley 29 Oct 1859 district Marylebone.
(Edited. So it looks like that George married Elizabeth Akers.)

A Jane Elizabeth Wykes married in Brixworth (registration district for Spratton) the only groom listed is a William Brown.
