So it appears that Alice didn't marry in 1884 so if that is her death in 1928 can she be found in 1891 and after as an unmarried teacher? Thanks.

Or, is there another possible marriage I've missed? Or another death?

Looking at the latest I can't find a Alice E or Alice Emily COOK.
Searching with no surname I can't find anything for a Alice E or Alice Emily abt 1860 Birkenhead. There are a few just for Alice, now to work out which one.

I doubt this one would be her in 1901. Too many Alice in 1891 abt 1860 Birkenhead.

I dunno but younger brother Edward ended up in St Leonards, NSW.

I don't know about sister Ellen Mabel. This is out of the area but a possible:

No. A different family.

So of the 4 children only have the death in Australia for Edward. He arrived in Victoria in 1883.
