Not sure about Thomas. I will try to get a look up of the shipping reel soon:

Index to Unassisted Inward Passenger Lists to Victoria 1852-1923
HOLLAND THOMAS 25 - DEC 1852 'ORESTES' B 019 005

Even if it's not the right one I still expect Thomas Joshua to be in England in 1841.
