Hi
I'm at a loss as to what I do now, I have searched for wills on William murray senior and junior and found garnt of probate on junior in Bodmin in 1884 to his wife jane how do I get a will if one existed.
Found nothing for the eleder who died in 1865 in Liskeard.
Was probate always carried out or was there a value on the estate, I believe its now £5000.

Well thank you crankypants, just how did you get that information as I've searched and searched the web and found very very little information.
As to the childrens marriages I've come accross some clues but FreeBMD only gives some names to choose from (usually 2) you are then left with the task off deciding which is the right spouse.
Hi crankypants,
May I ask where you got the The Royal Cornwall Gazette, Falmouth Packet, and General Advertiser information from as I cannot find any links to that data on line
