4x James Carr with birth reg in RD Gateshead 1881 - 1883

One with two middle names should be easy to rule out.

Thanks so much guys. Why do you think the dates are incorrect on the Army form? Could it be possible it is a different James on that form? I seem to recall my family saying he served in the war, and this wife may have died prematurely.

The ages and pob in 1911 fit the RD for the birth reg so can't explain the dates in army record.

'Heroth' would be Heworth in Co Durham.

Felling wasn't a parish until 1974.

On the image of the 1891 Census Catherine is down as aged 1.

There is also this Census entry

Not that it helps any but the 1911 Census states that they have had 3 children and one has died
