Re: Warren FURNER

Thanks Emeltee.

Still don't know for sure if mother = Mary Proctor is an error or not.

No long obituary in newspapers and no definite arrival 1852 - 1860.

Thomas Guest 14 in 1851. If family name is correct then not a son of John & Sarah??

Re: Warren FURNER

??
Sarah Procktor
Gender Female
Christening Date 30 Dec 1821
Christening Place CATHEDRAL,MANCHESTER,LANCASHIRE
Father's Name George Procktor
Mother's Name Mary

Can't see a George & Mary in Lancs in 1841 or 1851 so far.

George was a smith in 1839 marriage.

Can not find any more Guest births after 1852 with mmn Procter/Proctor

Birth in Ashby, Vic. (old part of Geelong West) in 1860 but no earlier ones in index.

This is quite possible assuming wasn't born before 24 March 1818, otherwise he wouldn't be a minor when he married..

Re: Warren FURNER

Thanks Emeltee.

Can't prove either way at the moment if the informant got it wrong with mother = Mary Proctor.
