Wonder where the 30 Australian works company were stationed

GOOD.

Thanks gibbo.

Now to sort what belongs in my tree and what does not. I said in post #1:

Re: 'Bert' BENSLEY

Aubrey Clifton Bensley is the one in my tree.

He married a Lilian M and I searched for a death for a Lilian M Bensley and found the one in post #1.

WRONG ONE.

1980 NSW Gwydir -
BENSLEY Aubrey Clifton,
BENSLEY Lilian Mary,

That means there is no sign of Aubrey or Mary after 1980.

The only one in Ryerson and probably not the right one.

BENSLEY Mary Death notice 26MAY1987 Death Sydney Morning Herald 27MAY1987

Re: 'Bert' BENSLEY

Afraid so.

Means I have no deaths for the two in my tree.

Re: 'Bert' BENSLEY

It proved I was wrong. I've taken that 1983 death out of my tree.

Might have to wait until the E/R index goes past 1980. It might move faster than the year by year increase in the death index.

Re: 'Bert' BENSLEY

Yes. A&G Rookwood still offline. Some time ago they indicated they were going to charge for access to on-line records.

Gwydir is way NW corner of NSW.

Some of my Bensleys are here but not those two:
