Ethel was not the Crawleys child but infact their grandchild. I cant confirm how she died tho.

My conclusion is:

Maybe Mr and Mrs Crawley are still hanging out in the house but as for all the other stuff they reckon, i feel has been OTT. Go with wild stories to bring the money in with advertising it as the "Australia's most haunted house". Reading all the different sites [ and there are heaps of them ] their stories change somewhat. The fella who runs the place is a motorbike stuntman with lots of records up his sleeve, so he is a showman of sorts to start with.
There are no records of any event to help confirm their stories.
Any old house has some sort of tragedy over the years so i feel this house hasnt had any more than any other family home of that age.

All hogwash and a gimmick to bring money in,.
