If I scan Vol 61 at the local library for Oct 1843 I might find Eliza.

But I have no Reg # to use to help me find the spot.

I don't have to look at all 3116 records.
No, closest we have is 1841 Pejar, but the tree may not be exact

Re: Eliza SIGGS/SIGGO

It will be under the date of the baptism. If there was an index entry the year would be year of birth but on the film the records are listed by date of baptism within random sequence of parishes. It's a baptism record not a birth record.

If I didn't have Oct 1843 I'd almost have to look at all 3116.

Re: Eliza SIGGS/SIGGO

It's in the index for SS Peter & Paul RC Goulburn but the film of the parish register is in quarantine.

It's also on a different set of films - the copies of the extract of the register which the church had to send to the Registrar General. That means not all details from the original register included.

I'll check at the local library tomorrow.

Marriage V1836214 126/1836 McCARTHY CHARLES - SULLIVAN MARY - LD
One I could not look up on the usual films - ie. the extracts of the register sent to the Registrar General.

But, this one also has a film of the actual parish register held by the Mitchell Library. I looked that one up on Tuesday.

Can't find a baptism on film in Goulburn area for Eliza.
