Looks like this one Emeltee.

The clue was the doctor for Archibald's parents - James Caskie.

William A Caskie is living in Largs in 1891 an MD and General Practitioner.

Looks like you've got your man.

I was totally stuck until I notice the doctors name on Archibald's parents certificates. Then the ...Kie became clear.

Was also stuck with the name of the registrar until I saw it on his father's death certificate.
