A Happy Day.

Well of course after a traumatic time in the family last week it was a happier day for me today.
My good wife Donnami went into hospital for that troublesome Gall Bladder to be removed...the people at Cheltenham Hospital(founded 1845)were brilliant....friendly and very helpfull which for some reason was a bit of a shock to me.
Well suffice to say all went well and Donnami is bearing up well though she was a bit cheezed of when i told her to tie her own shoe laces up

Seriously though we have a nice souvenir of Donnami's visit......six Gall Stones big enough to build a rockery in the back garden.

Re: A Happy Day.

Good news Lee. Give the missus my best.

I've got a few gall stones myself, if you run short with the rockery.

Re: A Happy Day.

Wonder if they were bigger in the old days....hence Stonehenge.

Lee's got the stones themselves Steve - you sound like yours are still inside - do you fancy being a garden gnome then

I have my gallstones in a little plastic pot, kindly given to me by the surgeon. He wouldn't pickle my Gall bladder though, so that got incinerated.

Too big to be a gnome, but a scare crow is possible.

Oh and Lee, best you buy Donnami some slip on shoes.
