GRO ordering failure?

I am trying to pay for a birth certificate and worldpay keeps saying that 'cardholder validation' has failed but there is nothing showing to validate?
All the help systems do not 'help'!
I cannot believe that no one has suffered this before - any ideas!

After - when I go to pay - at the bottom there is a card validation line that is blank usually it should be 'Captur' where you put in what you see - but it is blank.

From my limited use of on-line payments the validation I see and use is the 3 digit code on the back of the card. On my cards it's in or to the right of the signature space.

Well that bit is still there but the bit that's not working is where an image is displayed and you have to enter what you see in the image - supposed to show you are a human and not a machine
I have had a look at the source code for the page and it appears to be a Google device - so will have to look deeper!

I have tried turning off most of the web protection all to no avail.

It's been over a year since I bought a certificate from GRO. Don't remember it having a CAPTCHA. They usually have a button to press to bring a new one up if you can't read the first. But if none appear then looks like a bug.

I just paid for the cert but had to use my mobile - so there must be something on my PC blocking it from running what a nuisance using the mobile is slow slow
Mind you I will not be turning off my protection systems, the PC is so much faster when all the junk is stopped from loading

Obviously your system is pants.

Never had a problem like that with the GRO, but I haven't ordered a cert in ages. Must be new security checks in operation now.
