Re: Martha Hyatt born Gloucestershire

Hi Em'

If this is Martha's death, it is close to the Longney birth of 1804 that you suggest..

Martha Archer
Death Age: 52
Birth Year: abt 1807
Burial Date: 26 Jan 1859
Burial Place: Cheltenham, St Mary

The death age of 52y agrees with the GRO.

Strange that in 1851 she says she was b. 1813

Re: Martha Hyatt born Gloucestershire

Thanks for all that, Geoff. I think the 1861 Census entry probably is my Thomas, the name and occupation are too much of a coincidence for it not to be, even tough other bits are incorrect.

I am pretty certain that the death you have for Martha is the correct one. I don't actually have the death cert but am going to send for it now that the GRO are starting the PDF thing again. I'll get the one or Thomas' death in 1865 as well.
