Death 1873 HAMILTON Mary 34 - MORTARTY John - Mary - Vic. # 3436

Death 1918 MORIARTY Deborah 84 - MORIARTY Jno - HAYES Ellen - Ballt #163

The Ballarat Courier (Vic. : 1914 - 1918 ) - Friday 22 February 1918 p.2
DEATHS
MORIARTY.-On 21st February, 1918, at the residence of her niece, Mrs. G. Campbell, 4 Exeter street, Deborah Moriarty, aged 84 years.

I don't have a copy of Deborah's death certificate so don't know who the informant was but mother as Ellen is probably an error. I don't read mother's name as 'Hayes' on the marriage certificate - crop attached.

Re: Mary & Deborah MORIARTY

Thanks Val.

Yes, Ballarat.

I didn't have that Funeral notice. Not easy to read but can make it out.

I didn't realise until I copied bits to this topic that Mary was also in Tasmania.

Not listed here or here or here or ACI.

That adds a lot to my tree.

I didn't have the arrival or the details of Hiring & Disposal or the death notice for John.

I have a lot of info on John including his dob but no baptism record found although I know what church it would have been.
