Harriet nee CASSIDY

NSW Marriage V1852624 80/1852 PAUL JOHN - CASSIDY HARRIET - JX= Presbyterian Yass

Can't find a notice in TROVE for either marriage.

2nd Marriage 668/1868 BLAKE VALENTINE B - PAUL HARRIET - SYDNEY ** 13 Jul

Looking for Harriet's death. Not the 1875 one.

I can't find a death in NSW for Valentine either.

Thanks,

Dave

Re: Harriet nee CASSIDY

Thanks gibbo.

Galway. Probably born in Ireland.

I have no details of her parents or siblings or arrival.

One tree that won't load has her name as Harriett Theresa.

Re: Harriet nee CASSIDY

Thanks gibbo.

That fills in a lot of the detail.

I have a copy of the image and the marriage was 7 July 1852.

She would have been 18 and no parents to give apprival for her marriage.

The government appointed certain people throughout NSW to authorise the marriage of minors when the is no parent or guardian to sign the consent certificate.
