Idle chit chat

Whilst I've been struglling with my broadband supplier, and very slow connection. It has come to my attention, that 2 certain members(who shall remain nameless, except for Gibbo & Woody) have been making certain remarks about me.

I can't be bothered to go through all the threads they've trashed between them, to give examples.

My only hope, is that they get on with important things in life, like housework, and keeping the Wally corner cleaner.

For the newer members of the forum, the Wally corner may well be a mystery, so a gentle scan of the forums will reveal all for those who have never heard of it.
But suffice to say, Gibbo seems to be the most comfortable in there, and Woody just avoids it.....narrowly.. HERE

Anyway.......whilst these 2 are having digs at me, at least they're leaving others alone.

Steve.

A fifty fifty split. A hung vote. Only two of them, and they can't agree.

As I have no fear of witchcraft or witches.......and not being a resident of the Wally corner, at the moment. I'll leave you and Gibbo to 'celebrate' on your own.

Re: Idle chit chat

Looks like Gibbo & Woody are building a book of spells Lee. Where else would they be.

Is there anyone else out there, that has a bit of rubbish chit chat to share. Anything really, as long as it's not illegal.

Re: Idle chit chat

"Rubbish" for chit chat, actually I've been told I missed my vocation by not becoming a politician. When I asked why, I was told, "well you are bi-linguistic like them, you speak English and Rubbish fluently"

I majored in Rubbish, but failed at Gibberish......except on a Friday night, in my days of youth.

BREAKING NEWS.......my Irish friend is supposed to be driving over to see a mutual friend of ours for the first time, since our mutual friend moved house.

'I'll pick you up at 11am, and you can be my navigator'.....'Be ready' ..he said.

He knows where he's moved to, he has written directions, but he still wants me to go with him. He has lived in the area for 58 years, and has travelled the length and breadth of Ireland.
So I do wonder.......why does he need me to go with him, for this 25 minute drive.

Oh well. It gets me out of somewhere, where I'm warm and dry, to somewhere else that's wet and windy. At least there'll be a cup of tea waiting.
