Looks as though we are stuck finding anything more on James Edwards.

Born Wales abt 1868 could be correct but parents may not be Frederick and Agnes.

Some trees give James' DoB as 11 May 1868... There is this photo as a public entry.. This is a partial copy for ID purposes..

Father = Thomas so they are ruled out.

Don't think it helps Geoff.

1858 marriage has William as eldest son of Thomas. The 1838 baptism would look to fit so age 49 is way out.

Eldest son but no other births 1838 - 1860 for Thomas & Mary.

No marriage in NSW index for Thomas & Mary.

If Johnson then 2x Thomas & Mary in index. One family is RC and the other CofE.
