Re: William MUSCUTT & Ann INGS

Hello Julie,

Thanks for looking.

I'm not sure. I'm starting with the death in Australia of grand daughter Margaret Ann and trying to work backwards. Sometimes going forward is easier.

Regards,

Dave

Re: William MUSCUTT & Ann INGS

Hello Julie,

It's not an Ann TURNER but possible:

groom's name: William Henry Ings
groom's birth date:
groom's birthplace:
groom's age:
bride's name: Ann Glendening
bride's birth date:
bride's birthplace:
bride's age:
marriage date: 30 Mar 1818
marriage place: Whitechapel, Middlesex, England

Death Reg# 6098/1941 WEDDERBURN MARGARET ANN - WILLIAM - ANN TURNER - MARRICKVILLE

Death Reg# 1589/1897 MUSCUTT ANN T - WILLIAM - ANN - LEICHHARDT

On NSW BMD family names are not included for parents so TURNER is a middle name as per the Ann T.

Regards,

Dave

Re: William MUSCUTT & Ann INGS

Hi Dave,

Looking at the other childrens baptisms with parents William and Ann Ings,
Margaret has the middle name Rutherford another childs middle name is also Turner the same as Ann. There are two children born to a William (occ caulker) and Elizabeth Ings in 1852 Millwall, Poplar. One child born 1849, the other 1852, but William is listed as widow oin 1851, unless its not the same Willliam.

Re: William MUSCUTT & Ann INGS

Hi Dave,

The William Ings who married Elizabeth isnt the same William, he was born about 1821 Limehouse, could be William Henrys son.

Re: William MUSCUTT & Ann INGS

Hello Julie,

I'm not sure. I can find very few of the events on either of the FamilySearch sites.

The death reg has parents William & Ann for Ann T (nee INGS).

Not close enough a direct line for me to get a copy of Ann's death certificate.

It's possible William married again. I have no idea when his spouse Ann died.

Regards,

Dave

Re: William MUSCUTT & Ann INGS

Hello Julie,

Thanks for looking.

Yes. Stop now.

It says born Portsmouth but the birth I think that fits is Portsea.

I will enter it all into my database and see what the next question might be.

Regards,

Dave
