James Blizzard. Born, About 1830

Please can anyone find James Blizzard born about 1830, on the 1871 Census please?

His wife is there as "Head" in Beggar's Hill, Wooburn, Bucks, together with his children.

In 1891 he is at, 12 Woodgate Cottages, Taplow, South Bucks.

Prior to that in 1881 he is listed as a patient in Windsor Royal Infirmary.
