I assume he's the one that dies in Exeter District.?

Have you his death cert. It may reveal who the informant was, and could possibly be a relative.

I the census, his 'mother', Dorothy Tebb, appears as Dorothy Myers. She married Simeon Myers in 1839, in Knaresborugh...

Yes, he was quite old(b1766), when he married. 36 in fact, or very close to it.

There is an image for the Headstone, for both of them. There is also a William Leak on there to. Born 1755 and died...

I think it's Edmond Leak, as father, not Edward.

Ed, could be either. William Leaks' first son is Edmund.

There is also a marriage in 1793, Edmund Leeck to a Martha Shaw, 1793. Huddersfield,...

Well there you go.....2 born around the same time.

But, the one I have looked at was Holmfirth, says Edward Leak, of Ramsden.

There maybe two William Leaks', one to Edmund, one to Edward.eek)
