Re: Irish and Scottish migration to England before 1840s.

Somehow I don't think I'm descended from any irish Princes - one of their illegitimate offspring maybe. Thanks anyway - I can always dream!

Re: William Ewbank to Sarah Wilson. Marriage

Not having any joy finding Isaac Wilson in the Censuses.

A check on the Church Records on irishgenealogy.ie brings up a marriage in Dublin 17 October 1809 for an Isaac Wilson to a Jean/Jane Rourke...

I've checked both the Gro site and FreeBMD from1865-1869 and nothing coming up. Nor can I find a baptism. I did, however, find this burial -

Maurice Williams buried Christ Church, Heeley,...

Re: William Leak 1802. c1802. Holme, Yorkshire.

There is a baptism for a William Leak 27 April 1754 in Kirkburton, son of Joseph of Rycroft. Presumably Edmund's brother.
