on marriage 1800 John Newbery & Sarah Kensett I notice two witnesses
mary Newbery and Thos Giles Thos Giles was witness at first marriage
Mary the daughter of John Newbery & Sarah Newington (Giles)...

do we know when sarah newington (Giles) Newbery died? as you have John Newbery marrying another Sarah who dies from accidental poisoning by her son John Kensett

after looking at info on sarah & john newbery marriage I see a witness Thomas Giles I wonder if that was her father and her mother a Newington?

Is Sarah's maiden name Newington or Giles? Was she from Newington?

New to this site. Researching John & Sarah Newington Giles NEWBERY. Read online it was an interesting romantic tale how he acquired wealth as told to his son Frederick William.
Can anyone elaborate?
