You need to have a location in Ireland to move your research along. Have you exhausted all possible records in Australia? For her parents (if they emigrated with her) and for her siblings (ditto)?
Without that geographical point of reference, you're going to be limited to hit and miss research, and just hope one day they'll crop up in a database. The only all-Ireland database that could help you at the moment is http://www.brsgenealogy.com (I've had a quick look but there's nothing that meets your Julia's date of birth... keep revisiting as new records are being added regularly).
For some ideas on tracking Irish ancestors of unknown townland or county, this website has some helpful ideas: http://www.irish-genealogy-toolkit.com/Irish-ancestry.html.
Good luck

Hi
Having looked at the Behan surname on the ancestry website, it is a pretty uncommon surname with only 21 people in England in 1851. Many Behan's came from Kildare and Limerick.
It can be hard finding Irish ancestors as a lot of records were destroyed but if you know her parents, then this can help in searching for a baptism in Ireland.
