can anyone check death certs??

hi there iw as wondering if anyone had that sort of access that would let them look at a death certificate and get the infomation off it for me i am looking for a vincent arthur millward born 1899 capel south africa died in 1903 warrington cheshire i was hoping that it would include his parents names and maiden hope someone can help thanks xx

Hi there, I think the only way to get this information off a certificate is to buy it I can think of no other way, you will get where and when death occured, full name, occupation, cause of death, when it was registered and by who, and the registrar

Our local FHS has a volume in it - sorry can't remember proper name - but it is only available to read on site, it contains dates of death and causes, think it was something to do with NHS or medical records.So if you have a local FHS you may be able to access something similiar or someone in the area you require is a member of one perhaps they could help.
