Hi folks, does this read 'Private Grenadier Guards'.:confused:

He is a servant in a private household, in 1911.

Albert Keen. b1888. Monks Risborough, Bucks.

Yes - If you look at the preceeding record, they are 'servants of the Dutchess of Somerset. There is also an Officer Grenadier Guards there. Chester St is on Belgrave Square

Wrong family of Keens, but they have a few Ridgley family members in common with me.

George Ridgley b.1804 in Princes Risborough,Bucks......married my Sarah Ives in 1825 in P.Ris. I can fill in a good few gaps for them.:2fun:

They have Buckinghams as well.......and Bowlers(no, not cricket.:rolleyes: ).

In fact, we share quite a few rellies from P.Ris.:2fun::2fun:
