I'd like a look up for the family in 1861 please.

John junior, Ambrose and Salome ened up in Queensland. Perhaps Elizabeth went to Australia with the children after death of spouse John. There are too many marriages in Queensland for Elizabeth TUCKERs to be sure about either Elizabeth. So far I can't find the family in shipping records.
