Hi

I need some help i am trying to locate anyone who may have served with my Great grand father or know of someone who did.
Hi name was Hon.Captain Frederick Payne, he was stationed in Egypt from around 1933 till 1946 and was a W O I in 1941 at the detention centre. please if anyone knows this name or knows of anyone who served with him please contact me.

Mark, try google with "Military Police" or "Military Detention Centres" and see if you come up with their Association and Regimental Headquarters - if you don't come back and I'll search my files for any address that could be useful.

You may need to write a letter as opposed to emails as from my own Association, they get loads of emails and really struggle with them.
