Why I can't find this family in 1861, beats me.

There should aslo be an Alfred Smith about 6-8 years old with them in 1861.

Jepthas year of birth in 1851 is abt 1816, same person as in 1861. Cant find a remarriage for Jeptha.

Maybe his second Julie. First may have been to Ann.

Not found the marriages yet.

I have found the baptisms of the children, and Jabez 1863 is the only to Jeptha and Mary that I've found.

All the others are to Jeptha and Ann.

Still can't see them in 1861 though.

Yep......Ann Hawes married 8th Dec.1838....just found it. Can't find the one for Mary though. Ann died in 1856.

Still can't see them in 1861....this is what I am looking at.
