census 1881 & 1891

I have lost a Colin James Halkett Farnie in these 2 census he was born 1875 to Margaret Farnie formaly Thomson and James Farnie . Margaret and James appear in both census with the rest of the family but no Colin . Colin appears in the 1901 census married with 1 child. I have checked the Scotland people as well and looked for miss spelt. I found a C J F in a insitution in the 1891 ?

Is Colin the one living in Camberwell on the 1901 census?

Tried looking under different spellings no luck, perhaps he is the one on the 1891 census as C J F. Where is the instution?

Yes Julie it is the colin living in Camberwell .

Yes i have tried looking at all spelling ways even using halkett as the surname
and tried known surname's related to the family. I found the institution in Ancestry uk and have looked up the name of it . Found it to be genuine.
But the Birth place of Colin stated incorrect as i have his birth cert. The 1901 is correct
