I am going out for lunch today and am being picked up in under an hour, and I still have to get dressed !!!

Hi Gibbo,
Of course I do those excercises every morning, then fall back into bed for a rest ;) Another good excercise (after hubby brings breakfast in bed) is lifting the porridge spoon to mouth - strengthens the arm muscles and hand/eye co-ordination :D I'm not ill just lazy and spoilt.

Just got up!...past 12 oclock!...it was a long night but enjoyable...ime off to London tomorow to watch Swindon at Fulham....so a few beers by the Thames as well......it means i will be doing naff all today though ime getting my ear bent..something about a little walk in the countryside!

Football will be secondry tomorow...ime getting to Putney Bridge early and will be sampling some of West Londons finest liquid beverages....yep just having lunch now...a cup of tea and a lump of Thorntons toffee!
The wife baught me a box...more for keeping the jaws locked together me thinks.

I know..ima big kid really..its toffee broke into pieces..the problem is ime walking around the house like Frankenstein with my arms in front of me on account of toffee stuck to my hands...on top of that Donnami has a patch on one of her eyes today so she keeps making me jump...its like living with Blackbeard the pirate...which reminds me why are pirates,pirates?......cos they arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrre.

Yes thanks Gibbo...they lasered the tears but it just makes the eyes tired for a few days...ime glad its been sorted as i knew it was worrying her.
